This project will be critical thinking based.  Critical Thinking is manual and not automatic, this will require a breakdown of the process or project that I plan to present.  My goal will be to organize my thoughts and ideas to offer clarity and purpose.

The What- Zoetis Communication

• Currently at Zoetis we lack clarity of vital and pertinent information to floor level colleagues.
• Specifically, QARs (Quality Assurance Reports), EMRs (Environmental Monitoring Reports), and HERTs (Human Error Report Tracking)
• Floor level colleagues commonly lack the knowledge of what their involvement is or the status of a report.

The How- Relatability

• At Zoetis Lincoln, our colleagues could greatly benefit from informative decision making processes.
• Offering the opportunity to be more involved in critical thinking tools and process can be beneficial.

The Why – Importance

• Many colleagues are frustrated with the lack of communication. This will address that issue in one area of the business.
• Creating a plan of action will help create more clarity and visibility to those that will benefit from personal accountability. Creating a sense of ownership.

The Who– Responsible Parties

• Management needs to on board with this idea.
• Active participation from the colleagues will help drive the success.
